Whatever happened to that kid that played Ben from Friends, ey?

I bet that little tyke didn’t amount to anything.

What’s that you say? He’s Cole Sprouse, star of The Suite Life and Riverdale, one of Netflix’s most popular shows?

Wow, he really showed me.

Of course I knew that Cole Sprouse went onto great things after outgrowing Friends, but sadly we’re all still in the dark about what became of Ben.

His exclusion in the latter series of Friends has led some fans to believe that Ross lost custody of Ben and that ex-wife Carol wouldn’t allow Dr. Geller to see him anymore.

However, Cole has given his thoughts as to what happened to Ben, sharing his musings as part of  GQ’s Youtube series “Actually Me”.

Under a fake Twitter account, Cole responded to a tweet asking how he felt about his character “basically being killed off” on the show, saying he wouldn’t be too shocked if he had.

He said:

Was Ross really that bad of a parent?

Cole also revealed why his twin brother Dylan — who he’d shared previous roles with — wasn’t cast to play Ben with him.

“Honestly, our appearance as the same character was sort of dependent on how much screen time we had,” Cole explained.

“In Friends, for example, my role was not too present. They only really needed to hire one twin because both of us were incredibly expensive.”

Oh ha ha.

I don’t know what it is about this guy, but I’m not a massive fan.

I think it might be to do with the fact he’s more talented, charismatic, popular and good looking than me, but I can’t be sure.
