Costs has announced its brand new autumn menu and Lotus Biscoff is making an appearance.

As summer comes to an end, we can look forward to the autumnal drinks and snacks being added to the menus of our fave coffee shops.

Starbucks recently announced that their famous Pumpkin Spiced Latte would be making a return, sending coffee enthusiasts into ecstasy. But now Costa has jumped on the bandwagon and are soon to be releasing their autumn menu, which includes some exciting new snacks and desserts.

When will Costa’s autumn menu be available?

The menu update will occur tomorrow (Thursday 5th September) and will offer its newest muffin, which is…LOTUS BISCOFF!

You already knew that.

I’m not sure about anyone else, but I always have a weird excitement for like 0.2 seconds when I receive a little Lotus Biscoff biscuit on the side of my coffee cup saucer…so creating the beloved biscuit in muffin form is genius!

Lotus Biscoff is renowned for inventing as many variations on the delicious toffee flavour as they can, and I for one think this is another triumph.

The spiced muffin will be filled with Lotus Biscoff spread in its centre, and topped with smooth toffee icing and a whole yummy biscuit.

What is on Costa’s new menu?

Also on offer will be a brand new Vegan Chocolate, Caramel and Hazelnut Cookie, which promises to be so gooey and indulgent that even non-vegans will love it (a similar situation to the vegan sausage rolls at Greggs I’m assuming).

Additionally, Costa has been busier than we thought, because they are also introducing a Chocolate and Caramel Bun and a Seriously Chocolate Cake, which is topped with salted caramel and chocolate fudge icing and white and milk chocolate curls *cue Janice from friends* “OH. MY. GOD”.

The new Costa super-fan favourite, the Bonfire Spiced Latte will also be making a comeback after its roaring success last year, even in Bonfire Spiced Cold Brew form too.

Let’s hope that our Biscoff cravings can be satisfied with some more top collaborations with other companies! A Lotus Biscoff McFlurry would definitely go down a treat.

However, Biscoff lovers, our prayers have been answered with these other new Biscoff products.

There’s Lotus Biscoff icecream, Biscoff and Go Dipping Pots and Biscuit Spread, and Biscoff Topping Sauce

Their ice cream is a frozen dairy treat covered in Belgian milk chocolate and caramelised biscuit pieces, adding an extra heavenly crunch to the Biscoff flavoured ice cream centre. If that doesn’t sound heavenly enough, the middle is also lined with the brand’s iconic spread, so you really are getting the full Lotus Biscoff experience in just one bite!

Where can you get Biscoff ice cream?

You can find these mouth-watering deserts at Waitrose for just £3.89 for three, however people suggest that Tesco’s and Morrisons are also the places to look.

Biscoff – keep up the good work.
