The absolute ultimate foodie combination has arrived and we’re absolutely obsessed.

McDonald’s is launching a brand new flavour of the Chicken McNuggets, and they’re a fusion of two of our favourite things in the whole world.

Katsu Curry-flavoured nuggs are coming to the UK, which is an absolute shocker ’cause usually, these bizarre combos are left to branches in other countries.

The limited-edition menu item will be hitting restaurants in Britain from the 30th December, and will be available in six (£3.59), nine (£4.09) and 20 piece (£5.99) boxes.

Made up of 100 per cent chicken breast meat in a crispy Katsu Curry panko breadcrumb coating, the nugs are accompanied by a classic Sweet Curry dip for that extra touch of sauce

They’ll only be available for six weeks, so if you fancy trying them out make sure to do so pretty quickly as you don’t have long before they disappear forever.

Elsewhere in the world, the chain is continuing with its creative foodie concoctions, with the Spam burger, complete with cookie crumbs and mayo.

Not going to lie, it sounds disgusting.

News of the burger was shared across the world after Daniel Ahmad, from London, posted some snaps on Twitter.

He wrote: “McDonald’s China is introducing a new Oreo x Spam burger on December 21. There will be 400,000 produced and sold.”

“Look, I saw this so you have to see it too. Sorry, that’s how it works.”

Although it doesn’t exactly look or sound particularly appetising, many have shared their thoughts, saying it’s not actually anywhere near as bad as it looks.

McDonald’s has also made headlines recently for their “disrespectful”  Jerk Chicken Burger.

The new burger is part of their Christmas menu and it consists of two chicken selects, topped with spicy jerk sauce, bacon, pepperjack cheese, onion and lettuce, all sandwiched in a sourdough bun.

Jerk sauce is usually made with scotch bonnet peppers, which are a staple of Caribbean cooking.

The issue fans have with the McDonald’s burger, is their jerk marinade uses Habanero chilli puree instead, and habanero chillis are normally associated with Mexico.

We think the Chicken Katsu Curry McNuggets are a much better move!
