Misfits launched the careers of several successful actors and the show that started it all can now be streamed on Netflix.

The TV show originally aired in 2009 and shone a light on rising stars such as Robert Sheehan, Antonia Thomas, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett and Iwan Rheon. Many praised the unique comedic and serious tone of the programme as well as the performances of the actors involved as they address budding superpowers while performing community service. The show is now on Netflix and it will be full of nostalgia for those who enjoyed the program the first time around.

After this announcement, a fair amount of Misfits fans have expressed their excitement about the series coming to the streaming platform.

Some have noted that the show has been on 4OD for some time, but this wouldn’t be the first time that an older programme takes off after being brought to the service. On top of that, the prospect of no adverts may excite some viewers.

Fans can take a trip down a community service-based memory lane right now.
