Nosey people rejoice, the legendary MTV Cribs is making a comeback, giving you a chance once more to see behind the closed doors of the rich and famous.
The iconic series has been off-air for 12 years, and the revival is staying true to the original with one difference – it now features stars from the UK too.
It first appeared in 2000 and became hugely popular for providing a behind-the-scenes view of some OTT and – quite frankly – tacky homes of some of the biggest celebrities on the planet.
The new series is set to feature stars such as Caitlyn Jenner, Gemma Collins, Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn, rapper Stefflon Don, JoJo Siwa, Kevin McHale from Glee, Alyssa Edwards of RuPaul’s Drag Race, and The Vamps’ Bradley Simpson.
MTV Cribs ran for 13 seasons in total, and between 200o and 2005, it had shown us 185 homes. Stars included Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg and Kim Kardashian.
There have been brief reboots since and a UK version of Cribs in 2019, but this is the first full new season.
MTV has said viewers can see Caitlyn Jenner’s Malibu home, including a peek inside her wardrobe and the infamous outfit she wore on her Vanity Fair cover debut.
Does the show still have the same appeal now so many celebs share a lot of their home on social media nowadays?
MTV Cribs launches Monday 26th of October at 8pm on MTV
