Honestly, I was like ten-years-old so most of the jokes went over my little head, but I remember Will Smith getting oral from his therapist whilst saying “wooosaahh”.
Since then I’ve watched it, understood it and even enjoyed it, although there’s always one part that upsets me. It’s when Reggie comes to pick Marcus’ daughter up for a date and along with Mike, he threatens him to no end…
Anyway, the two-part film series became somewhat of a cult classic, and people all over the world wanted to see Martin Lawrence and Will Smith team up once more with Bad Boys 3.
Then that went and happened, and we finally get to look at the trailer for the film that will be released 25 years after the first one…
WATCH THE NEW TRAILER HERE!
I cannot wait.
As the plot synopsis has it:
“Old-school cops Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett team up to take down the vicious leader of a Miami drug cartel. Newly created elite team AMMO of the Miami police department along with Mike and Marcus go up against the ruthless Armando Armas.”
A separate synopsis reads
“The new instalment centres on the Miami PD and its elite AMMO team’s attempt to take down Armando Armas (played by Jacob Scipio), head of a drug cartel.
Armando is a cold-blooded killer with a vicious, taunting nature.
He is committed to the work of the cartel and is dispatched by his mother to kill Mike (Will Smith). (Paola) Nunez will take on the role of Rite, the tough and funny criminal psychologist who is the newly appointed head of AMMO and Mike’s former girlfriend – and the one who got away.”
Vanessa Hudgens has also joined the cast.
Bad Boys For Life will be released on the 17th January 2020 in the United Kingdom.
