I’m also ridiculously indecisive, so any design or creation I might have the balls to go through with I’d inevitably end up regretting five seconds afterwards.
In my rebellious uni days I did get my ear pierced – something very out of character for me – in an attempt to look like that bloke from Hurts, but in the end it just scabbed over and became infected.
That’s life, I guess, and a valuable lesson that although you may try and polish a turd, deep down you’ll always be a turd.
As I say, anything permanent is a big no-no for me, but fair play to those who have the bottle to go for something everlasting, especially if it’s of a loved one or family member.
James McGraw, however, decided to re-write the script on getting a tat of his beau, opting for something a little less, shall we say, flattering.
He wanted revenge on his wife Kelly for giving him a shoddy haircut as a goof, which is why he decided to get a tattoo depicting his better half passed out on a plane catching flies.
Apparently he took the picture on a flight a few years back, although tattooist friend Gary Stephens is said to have added ‘a few more chins’ for his tattoo.
Check it out:
Although I’m struggling to see why it’s a joke on her. Surely it’s the other way around – he’s got to have that monstrosity on his arse forevermore.
Kelly wasn’t too happy about it either.
She said: “There’s a line and he’s crossed it big time. We’re just a normal family but our banter’s got out of hand.
“It’s still really raw. We do mess about anyway but this is on another level.
“I was horrified. I couldn’t believe it. I hated the photo so much.”
However, she has warned James to “watch his” back as she is now planning her revenge.
“I’ll think of something to get him back, but it’s going to have to be really, really bad to top that,” she said.
James posted a Facebook pic of the prank with the caption. “Don’t know what her problem is . . . everyone else seems to like it.”
The viral post garnered hundreds of reactions and comments such as “legend” and “can’t stop laughing every time I see this.”
However, some sympathised with his snoozy soulmate.
“I think it’s both ugly and mean,” commented one person.
“[My husband] just showed me this I would kill him,” said another.
I mean, it’s not my cup of tea but who am I to judge? They seem happy enough.
If this was Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively doing this, we’d all be talking about #couplegoals and ‘couples that laugh together, stay together.’
Just bloody good banter innit?
