I can almost forgive them of playing normally, but when they do stupid stuff like start running into the fence or spraying water over it, then I get pissed off.
Once woman’s cat fell victim to that very prank, when her young neighbour threw a cup of water over it.
Shannon Cooper took to Twitter to ask if what she had done was right, writing:
“My 10 year old neighbour just threw a cup of water over my cat who was sitting on the fence minding his own business n laughed so I threw a basin of water over him from the window and now his dad is at my door going mental but I don’t see the problem, don’t touch my cat“
Apparently this was quite a controversial move from Shannon, who later revealed that the boy was actually 13 (just looked ten) and that after his father found out why she poured water on his son, was actually fine with it.
“People r so mad over this, the kid and his dad were laughing about it today, we r friends (also might I add the dad never knew what his son done which is why he was mad to begin with) also the kid is 13 he rlly looks fkn 10 lmao“
Most people seemed in favour of Shannon’s move, except for a few people like “Major Neil”, who replied:
“Do that to my son and I’m destroying everything of yours that’s in front of your house. I would have reprimanded him, had him make amends to you, and taught him a lesson. You retaliate against my child, and I retaliate against you. It’s that simple“.
Bit much, Neil. Bit far.
The good news is that the cat’s fine.
And presumably so is the kid…
