The X Factor’s Lucy Spraggan posts jaw-dropping topless Instagram post to show off incredible new body transformation

Get the cheese… I found the grater.

Lucy Spraggan rose to mild levels of stardom when she auditioned for The X Factor in 2012, permorming her own song, Last Night in front of judges Gary Barlow, Mel B, Tulisa and Louis Walsh . On 3 November 2012, it was announced that the Sheffield singer would be quitting The X Factor due to illness.

Fast-forward eight years or so and 28-year-old Lucy is still making music, but hitting headlines for far different reasons – at least over the last few months. The singer has embarked on a dramatic weight loss journey over the last year, recently revealing that she has been sober for eight months.

SO, there’s been lots of questions about diet and exercise incoming and I’m trying my best to reply to as many as poss but it ain’t easy! 🏃‍♀️ Me and Ryan have been thinking about making a few YouTube/Instagram TV tutorial videos of workouts that we do together, perhaps with a little bit of info about what kind of food I’ve been sticking to, and some exercises you can do at home? If you would be interested, let me know, and if you have any ideas to make it more interesting let me know them too!? 🍳 They’d probs be about 30 mins long and you could join in with them wherever you are. What ya sayin?! @ryan_bradley_fitness

And the singer is clearly feeling her oats these days – so she f*cking should.

Just yesterday (Saturday 28th March), Spraggan posted this topless post-shower selfie, showing off her rock-hard, chiseled abs to her 113,000 Instagram followers.

She captioned the sizzling Instagram post as follows:

“Woke up this morning 8 months sober as f*ck. My favourite reward for this part of my life is the absolute pleasure of finding fitness and pushing my body to do things I never imagined I could do. (Well, things drinking me could never do). Today I ran 12.2km and on my way back up my road I decided to start training for a marathon for when the world is back in action again. Because WHY THE F*CK NOT!? Not having the choice to do whatever we want has made me reconsider everything… When I can I’m literally gonna climb mountains, I’m gonna do the things that scare the sh*t out of me, I’m going to party way into the night on the beach with my friends… I’m gonna do it all so hard, I’m gonna do it whenever I can and, most importantly, I’m gonna do it all so sober.

“I just got out of the shower (Budweiser prohibition was my shower beer of choice), I’d love to say I don’t wear my towel like this all the time but I really do. Tits everywhere.

“Have a great evening.”

Absolute queen. Keep slaying.
