The X Factor’s Lucy Spraggan posts jaw-dropping topless Instagram post to show off incredible new body transformation
Get the cheese… I found the grater.
Lucy Spraggan rose to mild levels of stardom when she auditioned for The X Factor in 2012, permorming her own song, Last Night in front of judges Gary Barlow, Mel B, Tulisa and Louis Walsh . On 3 November 2012, it was announced that the Sheffield singer would be quitting The X Factor due to illness.
Fast-forward eight years or so and 28-year-old Lucy is still making music, but hitting headlines for far different reasons – at least over the last few months. The singer has embarked on a dramatic weight loss journey over the last year, recently revealing that she has been sober for eight months.
And the singer is clearly feeling her oats these days – so she f*cking should.
Just yesterday (Saturday 28th March), Spraggan posted this topless post-shower selfie, showing off her rock-hard, chiseled abs to her 113,000 Instagram followers.
She captioned the sizzling Instagram post as follows:
“Woke up this morning 8 months sober as f*ck. My favourite reward for this part of my life is the absolute pleasure of finding fitness and pushing my body to do things I never imagined I could do. (Well, things drinking me could never do). Today I ran 12.2km and on my way back up my road I decided to start training for a marathon for when the world is back in action again. Because WHY THE F*CK NOT!? Not having the choice to do whatever we want has made me reconsider everything… When I can I’m literally gonna climb mountains, I’m gonna do the things that scare the sh*t out of me, I’m going to party way into the night on the beach with my friends… I’m gonna do it all so hard, I’m gonna do it whenever I can and, most importantly, I’m gonna do it all so sober.
“I just got out of the shower (Budweiser prohibition was my shower beer of choice), I’d love to say I don’t wear my towel like this all the time but I really do. Tits everywhere.
“Have a great evening.”
Queen.
Absolute queen. Keep slaying.
